An alert tells you that a tender exists. It does not tell you if you can win it. Argus gives you the facts for each step of your proposal. Your assistant writes the text.
Every morning, the facts on each new tender are ready before you read it. For each tender, you see who wins this work, at which price, and against which competitors. While you write, your outline follows the award criteria. After the award, you see the criteria where you lost points.

Start with your award reports (gunningsverslagen). Upload them to Argus. Argus links each report to its tender and compares all reports. You see where you lost points, and where your competitors got more points.
Then write. Your assistant gets the award criteria and their weights from Argus, and uses them as the structure of your outline. It also gets the criteria where you lost points before, and the references and winning prices of your competitors.
Before you send the proposal, tell your assistant to check each section against these facts. Ask it:
“Where does the evaluator give fewer points?”
